Working with Beth these last few months has helped me immensely. I thought I knew how to eat and live a healthy lifestyle, but I quickly realized I had a lot to learn! Beth has a very individualized approach that really sets her apart. After several sessions together, where she learned my eating preferences and challenges, Beth & I went grocery shopping where she introduced me to different, healthier choices. Throughout our sessions, I have learned so many small yet impactful tricks – from eating to exercise. While I’m still a work in progress, I can already feel and see the difference. Before starting this plan with Beth, I was pre-diabetic. But after just a few months, my A1C is already back in the normal range, which I’m just thrilled about!
